This is an easy 6.3km out and back trail along a closed off road in Tewantin National Park.
Activities: Walking, mountain biking, running & dog walking
Parking: Gyndier Drive / Cooroy Noosa Road, Tewantin
This trail is along a quiet bitumen road and is popular with bike riders and dog walkers. It is also suitable for prams or jogging. Gyndier road is used for the Noosa Hillclimb car rally a couple of times each year but the rest of the time it’s a quiet easy trail for locals.
Track is mostly shady and is bitumen the whole way. There are lots of mountain bike tracks in Tewantin forest so you can extend this walk on any of the dirt trails if preferred however dogs are not permitted on any of the trails other than this one in Tewantin forest.
