Kondalilla Falls & Rockpools

This is a moderate 5km trail in Kondalilla National Park near Montville.

Activities: Walking, hiking.

Parking: Carpark at end of Kondalilla Falls road, Montville.

The Falls & Rockpool

This is a very popular walk so can get busy on weekends and school holidays. Beautiful scenery and well worth visiting. This is definitely one of my favorite walks and the photo’s just don’t capture the beauty of Kondalilla falls.

The Trail

The trail is well maintained and mostly shady. It’s not a difficult trail but does have a lot of steps so requires reasonable fitness levels. You can do a shorter version from the carpark to the falls and back, but I like to do the full loop because you can see the falls from higher up along the trail.
