This is an easy 3.2km loop in Tewantin National Park, near Noosa.
Activities: Walking & Mountain biking.
Parking: Carpark at Wooroi Day use area on Noosa cooroy Road.
This trail is popular with mountain bikers but on weekday mornings its pretty quiet if walking. Mostly shady tracks through lovely forest with native palms and tall trees. Anti-clockwise is best.
This loop starts off along Indy trail, which you can access from directly behind the forest map sign and follow this straight, then turn left onto track 3 along Glider trail then left at the four way intersection to join track 4 back to Wooroi day use area.
Forest Trails
The trails are not too narrow for bikes to pass if you do come across some however I have not crossed many midweek on this section of Tewantin forest. There is lots of birdlife, which I haven’t seen but you can certainly hear them.
