This is an easy 4.2km loop in Mapleton Forest at Bridges, which is near Yandina. The trail includes forest tracks, a section along a gravel road and a picturesque creek with rockpools.
Activities: Walking, hiking, running & dog walking.
Parking: Browns creek road, after the Mapleton Forest Reserve sign, there is an entry into the forest on right hand side along power lines.
The Trail
The trail is through a forest and does include a section along a quiet gravel road and one section is along a powerline trail so not as much shade on that section. I plan to do this walk again and try to find a longer trail to loop around and avoid the gravel road so will update this when I do.

Browns Creek Rockpools
You can hear the rushing water as you get close to the rockpools along the trail.

“Listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”
