Cedar Grove Rainforest Walk

This is an easy 1km loop trail in Amamoor State Forest, Amamoor. This trail includes a creek crossings, so care should be taken after rain to avoid slippery rocks.

Parking: There is parking at Cedar Grove Camping area off Amamoor Creek Road, Amamoor.

The Trail

The rainforest circuit follows the creek around the camping area and is . There is a longer more difficult track if you’re feeling energetic take the turnoff for the 4.6km hiking trail which includes a steep climb.

A lovely swimming hole and you may need to take your shoes off to cross the creek to do a loop if water level is above the rocks.
