Parrearra River Walk loop

This is an easy 3.6km loop around Wyuna Canal in Warana, near Maroochydore. The canal flows from the nearby Mooloolah river and this walk is along a pathway which loops around the canal.

Activities: Walking, running, dog walking & BBQ’s.

Parking: Bonaire Ct, or Sanibel Ct, off Maui Ct, Parrearra or from various points along Technology drive, Warana.

Parrearra Canal

This canal is an offshoot of the Mooloolah river in Kawana Island.

The Pathway

One side of this pathway is shady and the other is full sun but it gets a nice breeze. The pathway is well maintained and is actually quite a pleasant walk.

Pedestrian Bridge

This pedestrian bridge allows you to cross over the canal. The other end you cross over via Kawana Island boulevard bridge.
