Cotton Tree to Picnic Point

This is an easy 4.3km out and back trail starting from Cotton tree park along Maroochy river to Picnic Point in Maroochydore.

Activities: Walking, running, dog walking.

Parking: Street parking along The Esplanade, Cotton Tree.

The Pathway

The majority of this walk is along Duporth Ave and is best avoided if you don’t like walking along roads. Cotton Tree park and Picnic point are both really nice but you can see either of these on the following walks which will cut out the boring section along the street.
